Valpolicella DOC Classico Superiore - Il Quintario

A gentle natural drying of the grapes in the fruttaio enhances concentration and complexity. After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is aged in French oak tonneaux and large barrels with light toasting, followed by further refinement in the bottle.

Elegant and enveloping, it reveals notes of ripe cherry and red berries, complemented by subtle spicy and balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is harmonious, smooth and persistent, with a pleasant freshness.

An ideal pairing for flavourful pasta dishes, roasted or grilled meats, and medium-aged cheeses.
